Avicenna Journal of Nursing and Midwifery Care (AJNMC) is a leading peer-reviewed journal established in 2005. The journal publishes high-quality papers on nursing and midwifery. AJNMC is keen to receive original papers on clinical, educational, community health, psychiatric and women's and maternal health, policy development, and practice, particularly from an international perspective.
AJNMC is an open-access journal. It also follows the open access policy of PubMed Central at US National Library of Medicine (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/). All the content of the journal is available immediately upon publication without an embargo period.
AJNMC is affiliated with Hamadan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services. The purpose of this journal is to promote nursing and midwifery knowledge in the fields of clinical practice and health promotion in the community. In addition, AJNMC actively seeking quantitative and qualitative studies in order to improve nursing and midwifery knowledge.
